The promotion is positioned as limited-time only. The return of Endless Shrimp carries some institutional weight for Red Lobster: the promotion was directly implicated in the chain’s 2023 financial difficulties, when it was converted to a permanent menu item and contributed to significant losses before the company filed for bankruptcy.
